Choice is a byword for crap service.
By offering choice - the public sector gives itself wiggle room. The excuse to provide me with a poor local service.
"You got a choice - go somewhere else."
I don't want a choice - I just want the hospital / school / road / TV channel nearest to me to f**king work.
