Surely labelling anything predictably irrational - is simply an admission of ignorance on the part of the observer?Given a billion years of evolution is presumed to have slotted each species perfectly into its own niche - any behaviour, which from an external point of view, appears irrational, is simply a characteristic of the organism the observer doesn't yet understand?
Of course I get the subjective view (and I love the book) - I guess my point is we can't know anyone else's reality better than them, and the labelling of anything, or anyone as irrational - is usually unhelpful.
